Drum and Bass Icons at the Mucky Weekender Festival

The Mucky Weekender Festival is on the 11th to 13th of September at Vicarage Farm

and they’ve put together a monster of a Drum and Bass and Jungle Line-up

This year the legendary Mucky Weekender Festival, brain child of Dub Pistols front man Barry Ashworth has put together a drum and bass icons line-up like no other.

The festival is named after one of the Dub Pistols biggest anthems and came to life in 2019. It’s a non corporate independent festival with a unique and of course messy vibe.

The Drum and Bass line-up includes

I think we can all agree that is a big old line-up of legendary Jungle and Drum and Bass artists.

The festival is back at Vicarage Farm for the 4th year, which is set on 28 beautiful acres of rolling countryside near Winchester.

There are 4 themed stages and capacity is limited to a nice intimate 5000 people to give it that friendly vibe that only the smaller boutique festivals have. The themes for this years Mucky Weekender Festival are Ashworth Mad House, The crazy Diamond Venue, Riot Truck and UFO. The production is always on point and we can’t wait to see this years.

The main bar has 3 days of DJ’s including a Jungle Cakes takeover on Thursday, Chris Hawkins and Woody Cook gracing the decks on Friday.

The fancy dress theme this year is “Dead Famous” – dress as your “favourite dearly departed” musician or icon and you can win golden tickets to the Dead Famous after party.

The festival runs in conjunction with Barry’s mental health charity Tonic Music for Mental Health, so the festival is in good hands for a friendly all inclusive weekend of pure vibes.

Cocaine Anonymous and Save the Rhino International will also be featured at the festival along with a new Mucky debut – The FUNC drinks company who will be serving up delicious non alcoholic beverages.
